The compounding model
Marginal development effort falls with every deployment.
A conventional services business sells hours and starts near zero each engagement. TGL accumulates. Each business solved contributes validated capability, which reduces what the next build has to create from scratch — widening the addressable set of businesses TGL can serve without a proportional increase in effort.
SETH is the intended accelerant on that curve, not its precondition. The library compounds whether or not SETH ships — SETH is what could make the assembly step increasingly autonomous.

Licensed environments
Customers license a customized operating environment rather than commissioning work. Revenue is recurring and tied to an operating dependency, not to project completion.
Scales with usage
Pricing scales with storage, enabled capabilities, infrastructure, users, locations, AI usage, compute, and advanced services — expanding with the customer's own growth.
Retained IP
TGL retains platform ownership. Work done for one customer becomes an asset that serves every future customer — the mechanism that turns services revenue into a product.
