Products

Platforms running in production.

These are not unrelated startups. Each is TGL-owned business infrastructure, deployed for real operators, and each one contributed capability back to the library that makes the next build faster.

Deployments are described by industry and shape rather than by client name. Every capability listed is running today.

Lithos

Live

B2B Operations Platform

End-to-end operations for distributors and third-party logistics: inventory, orders, invoicing, fulfillment, and client-facing portals in one system.

Deployed for

  • A wellness distributor and third-party logistics operation

Problem

A distribution business was running inventory in spreadsheets, orders by email, invoicing by hand, and shipping in a separate carrier portal. Nothing reconciled, and every client question required someone to assemble an answer from four places.

Platform

A single operating platform covering the full order lifecycle — receiving through invoice through delivery — with a branded portal so each client sees their own inventory and orders directly.

Capabilities

  • Multi-client inventory with lot and location tracking
  • Order processing and fulfillment workflow
  • Invoicing with generated PDF documents
  • Carrier integration with live shipment tracking
  • Warehouse receiving, restocking, and label printing
  • White-label client portals with scoped access
  • Transactional buyer email from client-branded domains
  • Reporting, scheduled digests, and audit history

Infrastructure learned

Nearly every capability here generalized. Inventory, invoicing, document generation, carrier integration, role-scoped portals, and transactional email became the first entries in the TGL Capability Library — and the multi-tenant isolation model Lithos needed is now the pattern every TGL platform uses.

Iris

Live

Health & Wellness Engine

Practice, provider, and member operations for regulated wellness businesses — including consent, documentation, and network structures.

Deployed for

  • A peptide-therapy practice with electronic consent
  • An affiliate wellness network with commission structures

Problem

Wellness practices were combining scheduling tools, paper consent forms, spreadsheet member rosters, and manual commission math. Sensitive personal information was scattered across systems with inconsistent handling.

Platform

An engine for provider and member operations: intake, documented consent with legally meaningful signature records, member and network management, and the reporting those businesses run on.

Capabilities

  • Provider and practice management
  • Electronic signing with retained consent records
  • Member management and network structure
  • Commission and payout calculation
  • Encryption of member personal information at rest
  • Role-scoped administrative access

Infrastructure learned

Iris forced a rigorous approach to sensitive data: field-level encryption, decrypt-only-at-the-point-of-need, and access controls proven by testing what a given role can actually retrieve. That discipline now underpins the TGL data and security model.

Brutus

Live

Restaurant & Commerce Engine

Ordering, payments, fulfillment, and floor operations for restaurants, retail, and live events.

Deployed for

  • A Southern California restaurant group
  • A live-events and entertainment venue

Problem

Hospitality operators were paying per-order commissions to delivery marketplaces, running the kitchen off printed tickets, and managing staff scheduling separately from the system that actually knew the volume.

Platform

A commerce and operations engine: direct online ordering the operator owns, card processing, delivery dispatch, kitchen workflow, and the workforce tooling around it.

Capabilities

  • Direct online ordering and storefront
  • Card payment processing
  • Third-party delivery dispatch integration
  • Kitchen and floor operations
  • Staff scheduling and workforce management
  • Event and ticketed-inventory sales
  • Operational automations and alerting

Infrastructure learned

Commerce, payment handling, real-time operational state, and scheduling generalized directly into the Capability Library. Brutus also produced TGL's deployment discipline: these systems are busiest at night, which is why TGL builds against a running system and restarts only in a maintenance window.

MT Roots

Live

Wealth Architecture Platform

Visual entity mapping, document custody, and governance tracking for families and private offices with complex structures.

Deployed for

  • A private family office with multi-entity structure

Problem

Multi-entity family structures were documented in static diagrams, binders, and the memory of a small number of advisors. No one could see the whole structure at once, and document custody was informal.

Platform

An interactive map of entities, ownership, and relationships, backed by a document vault and governance records — delivered as a web platform, an API, and a desktop client.

Capabilities

  • Interactive entity and ownership mapping
  • Document vault with controlled access
  • Governance and decision tracking
  • Data API for programmatic access
  • Native desktop client

Infrastructure learned

Graph-shaped data modeling, document custody, and multi-surface delivery — one data layer serving a web app, an API, and a native desktop client from the same source of truth.

Mail Command Center

Live

Managed Email & Device Infrastructure

TGL's own mail platform: authenticated sending, deliverability monitoring, and managed device provisioning across every domain TGL operates.

Deployed for

  • Every domain TGL operates, across all portfolio platforms

Problem

Business email is infrastructure, and outsourcing it means accepting someone else's deliverability, retention, and access rules. TGL needed mail it could actually operate — and so did the businesses it builds for.

Platform

A managed mail platform with per-domain mailboxes, cryptographic sending authentication, deliverability and security-posture monitoring, and mobile device provisioning.

Capabilities

  • Per-domain mailbox hosting and administration
  • DKIM, SPF, and DMARC sending authentication
  • Deliverability and security-posture monitoring
  • Managed device enrollment and mail provisioning
  • Administrative API and operational dashboards

Infrastructure learned

Running mail rather than renting it taught TGL where the sharp edges of business communications infrastructure are — sender authentication, reputation, and the operational monitoring that catches a delivery problem before a customer reports it.

TGL Identity

Live

Identity & Access Infrastructure

A central identity provider issuing authentication across TGL platforms, so a person has one account rather than one per system.

Deployed for

  • Authentication across TGL-operated platforms

Problem

Each platform having its own login means separate password rules, separate account lifecycles, and no single place to revoke access when someone leaves.

Platform

A standards-based OAuth2 / OpenID Connect identity provider operated by TGL, serving authentication to platforms across the portfolio.

Capabilities

  • OAuth2 and OpenID Connect provider
  • Centralized account lifecycle
  • Cross-platform single sign-on
  • Session and token governance

Infrastructure learned

Identity is the dependency everything else sits on. Building it centrally is what makes tenant isolation enforceable rather than aspirational — every platform asks the same authority who someone is and what they may reach.

Client Portal

Live

Customer Operations

The environment TGL customers use to track their engagement: delivery progress, support, invoices, subscription, and the health of the systems TGL runs for them.

Deployed for

  • TGL customer accounts

Problem

A customer working with a technology partner usually has no single place to see project status, raise a request, review an invoice, and check whether their systems are healthy.

Platform

A tenant-isolated portal covering project delivery, support with threaded conversation, billing and subscription, product entitlements, and live service health for the applications TGL operates on their behalf.

Capabilities

  • Project and milestone delivery tracking
  • Support requests with threaded history
  • Invoices, payment status, and subscription management
  • Live service health, usage, and incident history
  • Role-scoped team access and invitations
  • Versioned terms with recorded acceptance

Infrastructure learned

The portal is the customer-facing half of the TGL operating model — and its tenancy, entitlement, and governed-notification patterns feed straight back into the Capability Library.

Different industries. The same underlying requirements.

Building across distribution, wellness, hospitality, wealth, and communications is what told TGL which parts of business infrastructure are universal — and that is the whole basis of the capability library.
