Platform
We operate the infrastructure our platforms run on.
TGL runs physical infrastructure supporting production applications, business data, identity, communications, and backup and deep-storage functions. Customer environments are hosted and operated by TGL — not assembled out of rented services the customer is left to manage.
What TGL Cloud is, and what it isn't
TGL is not a hyperscale cloud provider and does not operate a data center. TGL owns and operates the hardware its customer platforms run on today, and the architecture is designed to expand across additional TGL-owned infrastructure and complementary providers as workloads require. Anything below marked In Development or Roadmap is not running yet.
Running today
In production.
Application hosting
Production applications running on TGL-operated infrastructure.
Business data storage
Operational databases for customer environments, isolated per tenant.
Identity services
Central authentication and access control across platforms.
Backups & deep storage
Scheduled, encrypted backups with off-box retention.
Mail & communications
Authenticated sending and mailbox hosting per domain.
Monitoring & incident response
Health monitoring, alerting, and operational response.
Customer-facing service telemetry
Usage and uptime reporting surfaced to customers in their portal.
Ahead
Being built, and planned.
Listed separately from what runs today, so the distinction is impossible to miss.
Expanded storage tiers
RoadmapLarger and lower-cost retention tiers for long-horizon business records.
AI compute
In DevelopmentIn-house compute for TGL's intelligence layer.
Multi-region infrastructure
RoadmapAdditional TGL-owned sites and complementary providers where workloads require it.
Operating posture
How the infrastructure is run.
- Ownership
- TGL owns and operates the hardware its production platforms run on, rather than reselling another provider's capacity under its own name.
- Isolation
- Each customer environment is logically separated. Access is scoped by identity at every layer, enforced at the data layer rather than only in the interface.
- Backups
- Scheduled, encrypted backups with off-box retention. Restore procedures are exercised, not assumed.
- Network posture
- Default-deny inbound policy, monitored authentication, and reviewed infrastructure change.
- Monitoring
- Health, uptime, and usage are monitored continuously — and the resulting service health is surfaced to customers in their own portal rather than kept internal.
- Expansion
- The architecture is designed to run across additional TGL sites and complementary providers where a workload calls for it, without redesigning the platform.
Infrastructure you don't have to operate.
TGL hosts, monitors, backs up, and maintains the environment. That is the product — not a handover.
